Below you’ll find a summary of all the information about our most frequently asked questions. And of course, we’re always at your disposal for any clarification or concern at our physical store’s number: +30 2461 234233.


1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order by following the steps on our website.

Simply add the product you want to your cart, fill in your details, choose your preferred payment and shipping method, and complete your order.

Don’t forget that during checkout, you can also choose Klarna as a payment method and split your payment into 3 interest-free installments without a credit card!

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once you receive the order confirmation email, this means your order has been successfully placed!

If you have chosen bank deposit as your payment method, please make sure to send us the proof of payment so that we can start production or shipping of your items.


2.How is shipping handled?

We ship within Greece and internationally via partner transport companies.

Depending on your location, our local logistics partner will deliver your order to the curbside of the address you provided.

efdeco.gr also allows you to arrange shipping through your own transport company. In that case, coordination is required and shipping costs are not determined by our company.

In addition, we offer free delivery to most transport companies based in Thessaloniki!

You can also pick up your order free of charge from our store at the 5th km of Kozani–Kastoria, by selecting the “store pickup” option during checkout.


3.Delivery to upper floors

Delivery to your apartment floor is also possible, upon request and with an additional cost, depending on the floor and difficulty of access.

4.Product assembly

Most of our products are shipped already assembled. However, for safer transportation, some items may be shipped in parts.

This means that depending on the product, you might need to assemble it on-site.

You can check each product’s description or contact our support team to find out more.


5.How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are mainly calculated based on product volume and vary depending on your region.

The total shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout, once you’ve added the products to your cart and entered your postal code.

You can also estimate the shipping cost for each product directly on the product page by clicking “Calculate Shipping”.


6.What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time varies based on the product.

For in-stock items, orders are fulfilled and delivered within 5–7 business days at the latest.

For made-to-order products, where we adjust colors and dimensions based on your space and preferences, the delivery time may take 15–30 business days.

This also depends on the season and production workload. In most cases, we’re able to meet your needs within the agreed timeframe!


7.What payment methods are available at efdeco.gr?

• Bank deposit to Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, or Eurobank.

• Credit/debit/prepaid card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners).

You will be redirected to the secure payment page of Piraeus Bank.

• Interest-free installments are available for orders above €300.

The number of installments depends on the total order value.

• 3 interest-free payments without a credit card via Klarna!

With Klarna, your furniture shopping becomes easy, flexible, and secure.

Choose the “Pay in 3 installments” option and complete your order.

The first payment is made at the time of purchase, and the remaining two are charged automatically every 30 days.

8.How can I return a product?

If you placed your order through efdeco.gr, you can:

• Cancel it on the same day, or

• Return purchased products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

In any case, please contact our team at +30 2461 234233 or via email at sales@efdeco.gr.

The returned products must be in excellent condition, in their original sealed packaging.

If the product has been opened, please ensure it is returned in proper condition.

The return cost is covered by the customer, unless the product is defective and falls under warranty.

Returns must be sent to our central warehouse:

5th km Kozani–Kastoria, Kozani, 50100, Greece

Exceptions:

Returns are not accepted for customized products made specifically to your specifications, out-of-stock items made by special request, or products that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery.


9.Can I customize my products?

Most of our in-house manufactured products can be customized in terms of color and dimensions based on your needs and preferences!

In the following categories:

Living rooms, armchairs, coffee tables, wall units, TV furniture, dining tables, dining chairs, buffets, beds, nightstands, dressers, desks, bookcases, and kids’ room furniture,

efdeco.gr offers the Ef Design service, where you can personalize our products to fit your space.

With Ef Design, you can choose:

• Fabric customization (color, texture, stain-resistant options)

• Wood customization (wood stain or lacquer color)

• Dimension customization

How can I customize the color of my product?

The efdeco.gr color palette allows you to customize the woodlacquerfabric, and metal finish (if applicable).

Can I request special constructions or professional space setups?

Since we have our own production line, we can create custom furniture for your home or business.

We often adjust our in-house products in terms of size and color, or even produce items based on a photo or conceptyou provide.


10.Do your products come with a warranty?

Efdeco has been in the furniture business since 1954, and our priority has always been happy customers — that’s the secret to our long-term success!

If a product is defective (not due to normal wear and tear), we are always willing to repair or replace it in collaboration with our clients.
